Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We have an immediate need for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.  The position will involve designing motor and generator systems for electric and hybrid electric propulsion systems, procuring components, working with suppliers, and assisting with the assembly of these systems. 

Qualifications:  A Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 8 years professional experience is required.  Experience with designing high power rotating machinery and finite element analysis tools is highly desired.  Ideal candidates will be proficient in Pro/ENGINEER or similar CAD software and have geometric dimensioning and tolerancing experience.

Mechanical Design Engineer

We have an immediate need for a Mechanical Design Engineer.  The position will involve designing motor and generator systems for electric and hybrid electric propulsion systems, procuring components, working with suppliers, and assisting with the assembly of these systems. 

Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 3 years professional experience is required.  Candidates must be proficient in Pro/ENGINEER part and advanced assembly modeling (with formal Pro/E training, preferably in Wildfire).  Experience with designing high power rotating machines is highly desired.  Ideal candidate will have at least 4,000 hours of Pro/E, automotive component design, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing experience.
