We were incorporated on December 7, 1967 in Colorado. Our fiscal year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31.

Our fiscal quarters end on June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31 of each fiscal year. Quarterly earnings are usually announced approximately 4 to 5 weeks following the end of each fiscal quarter. Annual operating results are usually released in the later part of May.

10. Do you host quarterly conference calls with investors? Can any investor participate?

We host a conference call each quarter with investors on the same day that we announce quarterly earnings. The call is open to all investors. Information on how to access the conference call is typically announced via press release, 1 to 2 days before the scheduled date for the conference call.

11. When is the Annual Meeting of Shareholders?

The Company’s Annual Meeting is typically held in August. This year’s meeting was held on August 22, 2007. The exact date for next year's Annual Meeting will be announced in early July 2008.

12. How do I vote my common stock?

At the annual meeting, shareholders have the opportunity to vote on the election of directors, ratification of the Company’s independent auditors and other matters. Shareholders may vote in person by attending the meeting or by proxy.

Shareholders are sent an annual report together with a notice of the annual meeting and proxy statement approximately 30 to 45 days prior to the date of the meeting. These materials contain the details of the meeting and items to be voted on. A proxy card is furnished so shareholders can cast their votes. Shareholders are urged to vote by returning the completed proxy card, or by telephone or the Internet.

On June 9, 2006, there were 795 registered owners of our common stock and approximately 7,200 additional shareholders who own our common stock through brokerage houses, banks and other financial institutions.

Yes, it is possible to tour our facilities; however, the tour may be restricted to only certain areas of our facilities due to the confidential nature of our work for customers.
